How much do you care about fresh food?
Eating foods that are good for you and staying physically active may help you reach and maintain a healthy weight and improve how you feel. You also may find that moving more and eating better could help you keep up with the demands of your busy life and be there for the people who depend on you.
When we read about food-related issues like food poisoning, we get upset and think about hygiene but we should actually become conscious about it. Most of the food we consume these days is not natural and fresh but is stored, processed, covered in preservatives, not grown sustainable and has very little nutritional value. The result of consuming this food would be alarming and more than just falling sick but also has long term effects on your immunity and mental health. In such situations, we need to be alert and actively look for fresh and nutritional food. This is easily possible when we take this up as a community and participate in growing organically.
A well-planned community can produce enough food for itself if it wishes to. This not just saves money but also helps in encouraging community interactions, increasing respect for food, and living a healthy life.
