Ten things you can do to throw a vegan house party

While it is quite easy to throw a party with no restrictions on food, it is quite a task to pull off a successful party when there are concerns about the food.  For some vegan parties are a dietary imperative and for other, it’s just an alluring alternative. 1. Rein in the details The first thing to keep in mind is to check out the details. If the party is at your home then you will have to organize everything. Call some friends to help so that you can appoint tasks and make things smoother. List out things you can do and where you need help. I am big into lists, so make lists and track them.
2. Tasty Beverages You might think that the beverages aren’t a big deal to plan but there are a few things to keep in mind. A variety of beverages had to be available to meet everyone’s needs. 3. Festive Finger Foods Many people don’t sit in the parties. They have a plate in one hand and enjoy a conversation while walking around. 4. Be realistic People use all the ingredients that they hear are in trend. Rather, they must start with some recipe that they already knew. That would be much better. Have some core ingredients and plan others to go with them. Pick a few and go.
5. Use natural cheese Receive compliments from everyone by making an artisanal cheese plate that is vegan. Make these cheese plates in advance and place it out when the guests arrive. There are many dishes that can be used to fill the platter! Ask kids to help you plate out and play hosts.
6. Cook Balls The easiest food to eat during parties is meatballs that are vegan! They are very easy to cook and fun to eat. There are many kinds of vegan meatballs to choose from. Stock on them. Get a helper to cook them for you so you can avoid the grease.
7. Food Bars A fantastic way to serve party food is by setting up do it yourself food bars. Take out all the components and allow people to make their own plate according to their own liking. Easy and simple.
8. It’s pasta time! Offer different types of pasta and make the guests choose the kind of sauce they would like to have. For dessert, you can set up a make your own ice cream sundae bar wherein different flavours would be available. Set up a couple of induction cooking stations and let your guests cook in.
9. Fresh and Fun Foods Buy a huge number of snacks and ready to eat food but make sure that there is fresh food also. You can choose seasonal food and other fun party snacks that guests can eat at their leisure. Keep your bowls full of popcorn and crackers.
10. Fresh fruits Have ample source of fresh fruits. Pick the seasonal ones. Have child-proof options for chopping. Small serving bowls to serve them would help.
11. Presents and return gifts Although you might be aware of the what the guest of honor wants for their birthdays but you can also gift something that is handmade and edible. You can also pack it in smaller sizes and gift it to them as a return gift.
12. Maintain the Party Mood Out of all the points, the most important thing that you can do while throwing the party is that make sure that everyone had a good time, especially the guest of honor. Pick light music that is not too intrusive, lighting to compliment the festive mood. Make everyone feel comfortable and at home!
