List of documents for salaried individuals to apply for a home loan
- 6 month’s salary slip (if any other income like rental or agriculture along with that
- ownership proof)
- Form 16 for at least 2 years.
- Last 3 years employment proof (appointment letter and relieving letter copy)
- Annual CTC / increment letter if any copy.
- Last 6 months bank statement of the salary account.
- All SB account statements for 6months(optional)
- Repayment track records of 6 months of existing loans
- Bank statement from which EMI getting debuted, if any outstanding letter from the bank
- for the existing loan.
- Photocopy of the company ID card and visiting card.
- Qualification proof (like graduate P.G etc.)
- Form 26AS for the last 3 years.
- Initial processing fee CHQ for a housing loan.
- Initial processing fee CHQ for top up.
- KYC documents required for both applicant and co-applicant (like id proof and address proof).
